Dr. Tianhao Wu
Founder & CEO
Dr. Tianhao Wu is an AI veteran and visionary leader with over 25 years of experience transforming complex business challenges into scalable, high-impact solutions. As the Founder and CEO of Opaida, Inc., he brings a career-long track record of innovation, having successfully implemented over 200 AI/ML use cases and developed specialized technology to limit AI model hallucinations.
His strategic execution is highlighted by his role as a global AI automation supplier for Bank of New York Mellon and his leadership as the platform architect for WorkFusion, which he led to a #1 industry ranking in Intelligent Document Processing (IDP). In 2023, following a rigorous evaluation of over 50 vendors—including industry giants like Microsoft, AWS, and Google—his AI technology was selected as the sole solution for the U.S. Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to process 500M+ paper tax returns nationwide.
A pioneer in the field, Dr. Wu developed the first AI-driven Q&A search engine in 2007, long before the rise of modern generative AI. His academic foundation is equally distinguished, holding a PhD in AI from Lehigh University and a degree as an outstanding graduate of Peking University. With six granted patents and one pending, Dr. Wu remains a pioneering force in enterprise AI for government and highly regulated industries.
Dr. Yingchao Zhang

Dr. Yingchao Zhang, widely known as “Dr. YZ,” is a highly respected technology executive with over two decades of experience spanning system administration, cybersecurity, software engineering, and AI innovation. A nuclear physicist by training, he made a bold pivot into tech in 1997 and has since led transformative initiatives across startups, research institutions, and enterprise environments—including key roles at NetScout serving Fortune 500 clients. He holds a Ph.D. in Nuclear Physics from Stony Brook University and a BS from the University of Science and Technology of China. In recognition of his leadership, Dr. YZ was named one of the Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business in 2023 and appointed in 2025 by New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy to the Board of Trustees of Thomas Edison State University. At opAida.ai, he brings strategic vision, deep technical expertise, and operational excellence to the company’s mission of delivering secure, scalable AI solutions.
Zhenni Jackson
Co-Founder & CMO
Zhenni Jackson is a visionary entrepreneur and strategic force, known for driving innovation across industries—from holistic wellness to cutting-edge AI. She is the founder of Gingie Spa, Cleveland’s award-winning sanctuary for self-care and healing, celebrated for its one-of-a-kind approach. Zhenni previously joined forces with Dr. Wu and Dr. YZ at AYR.ai, where she helped steer the company’s evolution. She holds an MBA from Fordham University and is a proud alumna of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program. Deeply engaged in civic and global leadership, Zhenni has served on the Board of the Beachwood Chamber of Commerce and is an active member of both the Economic Club of New York and the European American Chamber of Commerce. In 2025, she was honored with the Outstanding Female Innovation Achievement Award by the World Alliance of Asian Women at the 69th Session of the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women.
